This is the memory I pulled off my HP Pavilion DV8210us since I upgraded to 2x1GB. It works fine.
ProMOS 2x256MB DDR 333MHz CL2.5 PC2700 -- Rs. 500 Shipped
 
I will take it. Actually needed just a single stick, so if anyone is willing to split let me know. Otherwise if no takers within a day or two, I will take both for 500 shipped. Also I hope some sort of testing/non-DOA warranty is there.Btw I am from Bangalore
 
@Supra, I would love to offer a non-DOA warranty since I tested it before posting, but what if the courier people break it during transit ?

Sorry for barging in like that but I shall be putting up my two sticks of 512MB DDR333 laptop RAM (Crucial w/lifetime warranty) up for sale in about 2 weeks. Just a heads-up in case anyone is interested. I don't want to create a market thread right now since I'm still using 'em in my T42.

@mod-the-pc, though offtopic, just wanted to check on where did u buy 1GB for your hp laptop? I am also planing to upgrade from512MB to 1GB, and looking for 1GB or 2X512MB sticks.
