ok guys here are the details for MB....

865G intel chipset so it has onboard video

800Mhz FSB

2xSATA

2xIDE

1x AGP 8x

2xPCI

4X DDR Slots (4GB MAX)

processor is a Intel Pentium 4 3.0Ghz HT 1MB L2 cache...

I have maintained the system well... good cooling ... never overclocked at all

BIOS is upto date as you can see the cooler is great :) the p4 s do run hot but not with this... works with Vista no problems... but need a graphics card..

im selling my Powercolor 3850AGP too if anyone interested... the card is jus 6 months old.... comes with all copper PCS cooling from Powercolor.... able to play most games :)
