^^LOL who said? It ran pretty okay at 30+ fps on my x1900xt. That too at 1680x1050, 4xAA.

FS looks good even at 20fps. The 20FPS is used as there are no fast changing stuff that need high framerates such as those in FPSes.
Also, the 20 FPS is pegged and the highest quality is choosen for that frame rate.
