Full fledged ORKUT on my N70

Hi guys, is there any browser which supports full fledged orkuttin on n70 mobile, tried opera mini, netfront etc.. All gives MOBILE VERSION only :-(

Its more of a limitation of your cell phone, the hardware as well as the OS. Orkut requires a lot of JS processing, and these days Flash too, thanks to those add-on module thingies. The browser s/w (also the CPU/RAM) isn't advanced enough to take that load.

Be happy with the toned down version!

I haven't tried on iPhone, guess that also can't open orkut full fledged (as it is on PC).

just installed teashark, keeps on giving error "INITIALIZING FAILED TRY AGAIN LATER"

Use Opera Mobile browser, not Opera Mini. BTW, even Opera Mini should have been able to browse the full orkut site.

Even iPhone wont be able to browse the desktop orkut site as it does not support flash, but any new N series phone will be able to do so.

hey, after opening orkut mobile... you will see Classic version link @ bottom, find for that.. I switch from Mobile to Normal using that on my N73me

At the bottom of the page, you will get a link saying "Switch to full version" or "Go to full version" or "Go to PC version". Click on it and u will get the full Orkut page. After going to full Orkut once, every time you login later, u will be taken to the full Orkut page.

It will open orkut in full mode without any problems whatsoever

well when I open orkut.com on my ipod touch it directly goes to the mobile version . This is because the browser inbuilt sends the browser identification data and so if the site has the mobile version of it, it will load automatically that..

Read my previos post,when u go straight to any link thats in full mode then u, in a way is bypassing the browser check and thus land on the desktop version of the site

I can open full version of orkut site on my k750i easily with opera mini.

Nothing works out, "switch to full version" is not seen at the bottom of page now a days . . . Also if we enter the full version url, it just gives a blank page..
