I just bought Samasung J5100 50 inches from Gaffar Market for 37k. It looks great but doesn't come with a warranty, but for the price I am not complaining. You can pay 3500 extra and get a 2 year Samsung warranty with the company warranty card and everything.

There is a shop in Gaffar Market that is offering Samsung's warranty. He has a tie-up with a company it appears, because he was giving the company warranty card. I did not buy it, but it seemed pretty legit to me.
 
May I know the price of the tv in retail store?. And did you enquire about the store which supports the shop in the aforesaid market?.
IMO he seems to be a fraud. Duplication is not a very big deal nowadays wherein electronics itself is available in fake.
Is he willing to give you VAT bill along with warranty card in case you are ready pay the extra buck?

It seemed legit to me. I certainly know that the TV is new and original. As for the warranty, I would have verified all the facts until I was fully satisfied before buying it. But since I wasn't interested, I did not verify the credibility and hence would make no tall claims and vouch for the warranty. But saying that it is fake/fraud before even exploring the option is a tall claim IMHO. :)
