Guide Full-Size Mechanical Keyboards on a budget?

I am unaware of the mech keyboard scene, and since I was told that mech keyboards are better for typing I guess I'm looking for a really cheap one now. Should be easy to type on, not super noisy for the sake of it, have dedicated media controls (NOT JUST A STUPID VOLUME KNOB), and be full-sized. If these cannot be fulfilled on a budget of 1500, then please recommend any membrane keyboards that are good to type on and will last long.

For reference two of my most preferred keyboards are this and the keyboard on my ThinkPad E14

Apologies if any of my requirements are unrealistic.

Thanks in advance,
Cheers!

for this budget, i don't think you can get any decent mechanical keyboard. better go for a membrane keyboard. And all mechanical keyboards are loud, louder than membrane keyboards, unless they come with silent switches
