FUP for BBG FN 500

Any FUP for bsnl BBG FN 500 plans exist for the free time usage 2am -8am !!!!!! How much download speed can be expected during the above time.Thanks in advance.
 
I dont think there is a FUP...expect download speeds around 200-220+ KBps..I have downloaded approx 70-80 GB per month on this same plan ... :)
 
U will get decent speeds above 180 KBps always. Problem is u have switch off the modem once after 2:00 AM and again before 8:00 AM for bsnl billing o consider it as free

Nope. I was browing from 1:50AM - 2:10 AM to check this. Data count from 1:50-2:00 was about 4MB and 2:00-2:10 was 0. Similarly brosed from 7:45AM-8:15AM. Data count till 8:00 AM was 0 and from 8:00-8:15 was 5MB. Earlier we have to switch off the modem and switch it back on. But now we dont have to :)

No re-connection required these days. Just schedule the download manager/torrent client to download only at 2am-8am :)

One of the reasons why I shifted to the Home UL Combo + (rs 600 per mnth) from last mnth...also comes with 250 free STD/local calls :D

Btw I get dot 2 Mbps (250-260 KB/s) ....seems my modem sync speeds of 4096 kbps Down and 1024 kbps Up does help :)
 
oohhh then it is good..Have automated the modem to reboot at 2 and 8 few months back. so did not check all these days. BTW what is that HOME UL combo @ 600 PM
 
you should be able to download around 800MB per hour,4gb per day.speed depends a lot on where you r downloading from.

Does speed depend upon from where the modem is placed...I mean the distance from the bsnl exchange !!
 
am getting around 200 KB/s...but did they charge me,I was offered a 15 days unlimited download when applied during the offer period.Got the connection on 26th...new to billing.

Today the bill appeared like this.....someone tell me are they charging me!! I was told unlimited download within 15 days of new connection.
