PC Peripherals g15 died out on me!!

sad story...
1 fine nite...started comp...dosent proceed after abit screen...
opent it up...reseated ram...no go..
thought of the usb device issues with abit boards...removed all usb devices...
after abit screen got msg "cpu is unworkable...."
reset bios..
on restart..msg:"chksum failed-bios reset"
"press f1 to continue, del to setup"
all usb still unplugged..
put kbd...caps/scroll/numlock lights start blinking...
no response frm kbd...

tried with another kbd....works fine...
tried g15 on dads laptop...same issue

conclusion:g15 conked off

bought it frm lami this feb...guess it will be repaired in warranty...

comments/suggestions welcome..
 
my friend had bought an old g15 which he had to replace in a couple of months. he was lucky to get an old g15 again (only new ones were available then).

he had to replace that one as well after a few months and now he has the new g15.
