Since HD graphics will poorer compared to the 4350 - there should be some benefit in games. Plus the fact that the entire memory is available to the CPU means that it would be a bit faster.
Hypermemory means the graphics card shares some amount of system ram to speed things up. Ex. Gfx card has 1gb ram and you have 2gb system ram. Then you can see hypermemory of around 1.75gb in ccc.

Wish there was a way to disable hypermemory.
So this shares the system RAM - did not know that. But otherwise I have seen that having the entire RAM for the system improves performance and boot-up times.
