No better gainer than sugar and refined flour.I want to start the Gym by having a gainer. Are there any suggestions which gainer I should use?

To make a calorie surplus you can make ur own shakes with ingredients like banana, mango, milk, peanut, oats etc.
season is for mango shake, you can also mix unflavoured whey with these mango banana or peanut oats shakes, Be creative..
Do regular cardio while on calorie surplus diet or else you may gain fat more than muscles.
