What limitation you ran into for machine learning because of 8gb ram? (Use pytorch?)
What card are you looking into?

Asking these because I'm looking for a card for stable diffusion.
 
Performance Bottleneck caused when dealing with complex dataset model will take me a long time to train my model, I use tensorflow because they have better CUDA support
NVIDIA Quadro cards, preferably RTX 6000 24GB

I would recommend RTX A4000 (16GB VRAM ) for your use case
