I am putting up my Geforce RTX 3080 TI 12 GB
I used it for Photo and Video Editing, No longer doing that work.
I bought it on 22nd December 2021, this has a 3-year Warranty and an extended warranty for another 3 years, valid till 2027 December 21st.
have a few more RTX 3080 TI 12 GB Cards I will put them all shortly.

Galax never offers any extended warranty and just fyi galax 3090s are going for around 50k.
3080ti galax i have seen selling anywhere between 33-37 max

it's been told by the Customer care team that, by default, it has 3 years and saw a 3-year extended warranty on the box. I went to the customer service desk in Hyderabad they checked the serial number and confirmed that it has an extended warranty of 3 years.

An extended warranty was mentioned on the box only sticker-based; out of curiosity went to the service center and confirmed the same with them. I don't have any proof to support as Galax website doesnt allow you to register your cards, purely based on your card's serial number.
I have another 5 cards 3080 Ti (Zotac 2 nos, I chill - 1, Galax 2 nos), all of them used for video editing for about 8 or 9 months, after that they have been sitting idle for the last 1 year.

Please look at the top corner. It clearly mentions that, and this was nowhere mentioned on the bill or on the website. Maybe certain models have that extended warranty. Happy to check the Serial number with the local service center they will mention it clearly.

Just to let u know....that extended warranty means more than 2 yrs which is 3 years so don't take it as 3+3 as galax nowhere in world gives 3+3 neither does any other oem maker except zotac upon registration in asia and gigabyte/asus on certain high models upon registration only.

Noted. As I have mentioned, I have no idea, but on going to the service center they have mentioned it, I have kept it here. I have 2 Zotac cards with a 5-year warranty. We get that only after registration.
Now Galax doesn't offer 3080 series cards in India. You can check on the website. Whatever cards were left out still have and will get a warranty even if you buy them today.

In summary, this GPU comes with a standard warranty period of 3 years, and there is no option for extending this warranty unless there is documented evidence to substantiate such an extension. Do not go by what the Service guys says, especially verbally. Unless they are willing to provide the same in writing.
