Today in the morning when I tried to start my phone it just won't boot. At first it goes upto the point of showing the Samsung Logo but then reboots twice and with each reboot things get worse.
I tried to hard reset the phone after removing both sims and memory card but it says no command and in a matter of 2 or 3 seconds goes into a restart loop. I removed the battery for a minute and tried the reset again and this time I saw the menu but the moment I try to navigate it goes into the restart loop.
Could you guys tell me what I can do to get my phone started and if I can recover my data.
Yesterday I had updated a few apps and installed F1 official app may be one of them screwed up my phone but it was running fine till the point I switched it off in the night.
Please help.[DOUBLEPOST=1403428085][/DOUBLEPOST]Figured out a few things -
The battery is not charging normally and is discharging pretty rapidly. Even when the phone was off it somehow managed to go down to 0 which was why it was not booting earlier.
Phone heats up quite a bit especially the area around earpiece when talking making a call.
In recovery mode I am unable to clear the cache. It just says error and proceeds to reboot the phone.
Last time I had the over heating issue clearing cache fixed it.
