Absolutely no issues with the phone.
Currently on ICS Asylum with CM9 (Safe) Kernel. Fully rooted. Getting almost 2 days on a single charge with moderate usage.
Will set the Note to factory GB / ICS / Rooted / Unrooted, as per the buyer's requirement.
The Flip cover is packed and never used.
The headphones are also packed and never used.

I was shaken for a moment when I saw the headphones in Green packing as I was quite sure they don't give it in a green box, gained my senses only until I saw you have 2 of them :p
 
PM's replied. Bump. And just to add, whatever marks you see in the photos are dust or on the camera lens that I was shooting with !
The phone has no marks / dents / scratches.
