Well, I think, we can prove to custom people that this if infact a phone and that the charges should be 1% ...and ground shipping should not be more than $20-30

And as far as newer tab is concerned, there is still sometime and honestly, if you are able to get this deal, I am sure you can get approx. the same amount back when you sell it in june/july
