Reason being the characters are not consistent they are excellent some times but look very bad otherwise

I dont know dude, I've heard that Mass Effect 2 facial animations are supposed to be really bad. I havent played it, just repeating from comments I had read on gaming blogs.

As for the hype part, I dont think anything could compare to GT5 and Starcraft 2. Two titles which were LONG awaited and with legions of fans.

Dont know why GT5 isnt included in production value category. 1000+ licensed cars, 200 premium cars, detailed tracks etc. I think GT5 had higher production values than any other game. It reportedly cost upwards of 100 mil. Rumors only, actual figure is not disclosed.

Production Value != money spent but how a game looks to be as cinematic thats where FF 13 shines and Shepard is one of the best animated character for the year

New Category Added.

Most Brutal Game

Hey good stuff, but really awards such as these, grammy, Oscar, etc are all generally subjective. I mean how can you have an objective analysis? You just cannot. I can test an anti-virus for how many samples it catches, its scan speed etc but how it looks and feels, that is subjective...always.

Anyways, completely subjectively speaking...Crysis is a total overrated game. But hey it's only my perspective/opinion!
