AMD PhenomII X4 945 + HD5850 will easily beat the Core i-7 and the HD5770 in any game.
If u go for a slighly cheapher Speakers and I/O Devices u will be able to squeeze in a i-5 750 and Gigabyte H-55M-UD2H mobo ~ 5.8k or a Gigabyte P-55-UD2/MSI P-55 CD53 ~ 6.5-7k.
There is no point in going for the i-7 930+HD5770 for a gaming rig unless u need a gaming rig+professional work horse will loads of CPU power.

Spending 60k on a gaming rig and not even getting a HD5850 is a bad choice

P.S: Also if possible plz edit the first post of the thread according to the template.

thanx again..:D

even though the primary purpose is gaming, at times i will be using for maya and zbrush(since i am in animation industry donno wen im goin to loose my job and make a new demo reel!!!;))... i wanted to go for a better card but doesn't fit in to budget for the time being:(. Is there any better card that i can afford with this budget?

cpu + mobo : i5 750 + gigabyte h55-ud2h @ 15.6k

ram : 4gb ddr3 kingston @ 5k

hdd : 500gb hdd @ 2k

gpu : 5870hd @ 20.5k

monitor : benq g2220hd @ 7.4k

cabinet + psu : cooler master 335 + corsair vx 550 @ 6k

odd : hp @ 1.2k

mouse + keyboard @ .7k

speakers : vs 2621 @ 1.6k

total = 60k

spend a little on a good cpu fan like hyper 212+@ 1.8k and over clock the cpu to 3.8-4.0 ghz ! :)

you can also get a good gaming mouse like razer death adder @ 2.2k :)

total = 64k ! beast gaming pc :)

Dude your motherboard has a serious flaw Electrolytic capacitors not recommended these days and estimating what kind of work this guy is gonna do I don't recommend it due to heat issues in a cabinet like Cooler Master Elite 335 and the HD 5870 is not gonna give hime more than 10 to 15% better performance not worth the extra 5K in my views he can better spend that money on a RAM Kit from G Skill with Heat spreaders ( 2 * 2GB 1600 MHz ) ~ 6K tops

yup ! 5850 is a better vfm !

what mobo do you recommend then ?
For motherboard either

MSI H55-GD65 ~ 7 K

Gigabyte H55M USB3 ~ 9 K

your motherboard also is K all solid caps, I mistook it for a H55SM-S2H, my apologies

Phenom II X4 BE either 955 , 965 or X6 1090t (6 core) with suitable mobo and use a coolermaster hyper 212+ (VFM) since BE procs can be overclocked easily.. get them upto 4Ghz+

Get a Sapphire 5850 Vapor-X or Toxic goes for arnd 16k and can be overclocked to almost 5870 performance...

For 60K config. you'll have to depend on AMD processor if you want to game @ FULL HD. I'm recommending the following configuration in Intel as well as AMD avatar. Go for Core i5 only if you're planning on doing heavy OC'in and not just OC for fun. AMD config will be a more practical solution where you can OC as much as possible on stock and use the OC'ed config. daily. Remember since you're not planning to upgrade anytime soon don't OC[24X7] as you might end with something or the other kaput resulting in forceful up-gradating in 1.5yr or so.

Processor : Core i-5 750(2.66Ghz, 4 cores) Rs.10K

OR AMD Phenom II X4 955BE Rs.8.2K

Motherboard : MSI P55-GD65 Rs.7.9K

OR GA-785GMT-USB3 Rs.5.7K

Ram : GSKill 4gb DDR3 DUAL CHANNEL KIT 1600MHZ CL9 RIPJAWS Rs.6K

1TB Seagate 7200.12 3.3K

Graphics Card : Galaxy GTX460 GC Edition 11.5K[if this is the real price] or Sapphire HD5850 1GB GDDR5 Rs.14.5K or Palit GTX460 1GB GDDR5 Sonic Edition Rs.14.4K

Monitor : DELL U2311H Rs.13.8K OR Benq G2420HD Rs.10.8K

Cabinet : NZXT Gamma + 120mm Sycthe slipstream Rs.2.6K

Seasonic S12II 520w Rs.4.1K[3yrs wrrty.] OR Corsair VX550 Rs.4.8K[5yrs wrrty.] the only noticeable difference between the two is Corsair's superior Customer support and 5yrs wrrty. as both the SMPS are made by Seasonic.

Logitech MX 518 + Logitech Standard Keyboard with Palm Rest Rs.1750

LG SATA DvDRW Rs.950

Altec Lansing 2.1 VS4121 Rs.2.8K

INTEL CONFIG. Price = Rs.65000 approx.

AMD CONFIG. Price = Rs.61000 approx.
