Well its time again when i need to do some game shopping... Before you tell me what to get please go through the list below... These are the games which i already own and finished... I am looking for Action/FPS/TPS/Extreme Sports games...

The games which are done and dusted...

If i have missed something *good* then please mention it. The only Strategy game which i liked was homeworld but it takes a lot of effort to play those ;)...

P.S. Really loved playing POP WW and Farcry... I think they are the best in the lot...
 
Thief deadly shadows, star wars knights of the old republic, Deus ex, d3 resurrection of evil :P, painkiller + pk boh .. good enough.. kotor will keep you busy long enough and dx too.
 
I for gotto mention Duex Ex... Already done... Might just get D3 : ROE... Already own painkiller... Didnt like it at all... Well KOTR i beleive it is strategy and is not all that good according to reviews...
 
try Chronicles of riddick - great graphics good gameplay..

Will look at Commandos... Though i have two original copies of commands 3... Came free with the cards...
 
Wait.........

Forget GTA 3. Get GTA Vice City and play it fast. As GTA San Andreas is releasing next month for PC. So, once you start SA, there is no way you will feel like finishing Vice City. So, get it, play it and then buckle up for SA.

i think its one of the best rpg`s ever... currently playing kotor 2- the sith lords!!

how much time did it take for you to complete the game? it took me approx 15 hours of one day . and 8 hours of another!! :P

btw commandos 3 suxd ......the series bfore it really rox.....
u can play this too its not tht bad...but shud really start frm the begining

Hey man, try these:

Brothers In Arms (DVD only) - very good fps

Republic Commando - decent at best

KotOR1 & KotOR 2 - Star Wars RPGs, made by BioWare best rpg makers around

Swat 4 - ok, not too good

Splinter Cell Chaos Theory - if its available

Vampire The Masquerade Bloodlines - FPS-RPG based on Valve's source engine

Cold Fear - another decent game

Act of War - pretty but, not that good

Project Snowblind - ehh ok again

Pariah - average fps

...............and thats about it, I guess
 
Since you have mentioned CMR 2004 & 2005 on your already played list, you might want to have a look at Richard Burns Rally ( be warned though, pick this one only if you are interested in learning the sport. It is definitely not an arcade kind of game ).
 
You might wanna try :

1. Mafia
2. NOLF 1 & 2
3. Heroes of Might and Magic 3
4. Winning eleven 8 ( cant play with a keyboard though )
 
Full spectrum warrior.

The only startegy game that I liked.
But if you're a "wham bam thank you ghanshyam" kind of a player then this game will surely test your patience.

About SWAT 4. its one of the most challanging games ever. If you thought ok i got shot i will look out next time then forget it. AI changes enemy movements, positioning every single time.
Thats why many people hate that game, one of the most difficult to complete as there is no inbetween saves. So you die you have to start the level all over again and its gona be different this time too. So couple of my friend stopped playing the game bcoz they got tired of getting killed.......lol.
KOTOR is a different game. When you heard about it and when you read reviews about it it dosent sound good. But once you start playing its different but its a RPG that many people like and many dont.
Have you tried FLATOUT?
Also its a very old game but tru GP4 and its mods. Specially the mods which are very old F1 seasong, those in 1990s or even modern 2004. You will be shocked how game has been transformed from original, crappy GFX to one of the best community moded game.
Also looks like you have UT2004 so have you tried red orchestra mod, man you will love it.
Then there is Pro Evolution Soccer 4, the best Foolball game out there without doubt, kicks EAs @$$.
I know some of the things i mentioned are not exactly new games but they are some really cool mods and really give different game experience.
 
Well most of the new games have been posted by others arnd here. I recommend that you download mods for games like far cry, ut2k4, Hl2 etc which will not only ensure longevity of the game but it's great fun too if the mod is good. Get some originals and play online, nuthin like it ........... ;) Also if its games only that you crave for then get a ps2, the slim line is down to 10k or less which makes it a good deal :)
 
My next upgrade would be PS3 for sure... Wont spend on a Ps2 now... i will definately try out some mods...
 
Well that would be late 2006 or even 2007 for that matter. SO if u want to enjoy games right now that are quite different from what we play on the PC then ps2 would be my first choice. Just my thoughts though...........
