please suggest me some fun games,any genre,any game would do,suggest me games from the 'fun' genre,i haven't played many recent games and the ones i did play were pathetic....I AM BOREDDDD
 
The term "fun" is extremely subjective. Share the list of games you tried and didn't like and the ones you loved. That would help anyone suggest the right games

I don't think the term fun even manages to scratch the surface of gaming.

It is more like a book now-a-days, either it is engaging OR just spilled ink on print (OR code written to be milked).
 
Since you haven't specified anything, I am gonna suggest some Indie titles that are in many ways better than the mainstream titles

Bastion
Limbo
Mark Of The Ninja
Trine
Trine 2
World Of Goo
Hotline Miami
FTL
Super Meat Boy
Machinarium
To The Moon

Apart from some games the list is pretty much shit
 
i don't have any console(well had the ps3,sold the POS b**ch),also i like racing games...fps would also do!!i will try farcry 3 and hitman..

Here are a few that come to mind --
  • Spec Ops: The Line (must play)
  • S.T.A.L.K.E.R. Shadow of Chernobyl / Clear Sky / Call of Pripyat
  • Bastion (must play)
  • Mark of the Ninja (must play)
  • DLC Quest
  • ThQ's Humble bundle -- you get a lot for so less. METRO 2033 is another underrated game in this bundle, Company of Heroes will give any Call of Duty a serious complex in the graphics-fidelity department
  • The Witcher 2: Enhanced Edition 2.0 (must play)
  • Dragon Age Origin's

I wish I had a button that I could press (even a QTE would do) and Ek Tha WarFighter would disappear from the game releases this year. =|
 
^LOL at warfighter,i haven't played it but from the videos the graphics seem good,a pleasure bestowed by frostbite 2.Hmm so many games !!

Yeah, I know, I just wanted to mention the mainstream titles that a new comer or a person who is out of the gaming scene for too long enjoys. Had this been a list of my preferred games, it would be totally different. Even I havent played most of the games on this list. So, here is a new list of games that I have played and want you guys to play:

Mainstream:
Dragon age origins
Darksiders 1 and 2
The witcher 1 and 2
Mass effect series (3 games)
Metro 2033 and the sequel or expansion pack whatever came out a year after the original was released.
Company of Heroes
Battlefield 3 MP
Battlefield bad company 2 MP
Max payne 1,2,3
Assassins creed 2, brotherhood, AC3
Hitman (1,2,3 and blood money), absolution is the newest entry
Splinter cell (all except conviction as it deviated too much from the splinter cell formula that we love)
Prince of Persia original trilogy
Call of duty modern warfare 1 (rest all after it are just blatant copies)
Farcry original
Burnout paradise
Half life
portal 1 and 2
Team fortress 2
and many more that I cant recall
