Mod, Though it is a software but it is directly related to GPU, just like drivers, so I am posting it in Graphics Card section.

RULE 3 PART 2 :P If it sounds too good to be true, it probably is NOT

no one can improve game performance better than card manufacturers and updated drivers...Hardware 50% drivers 50% .. no space for third party sofwares :)
 
Rule 4: The operating system maker can improve performance...

But it wont be anything close to what the drivers and some more transistors can do!!
 
These software do nothing but some registry tweaks to optimize the cache etc similar to cacheman. some may mess with the drivers to extract more frames at the cost of quality. None of these improve the game performace as much as you hope they will.
 
Im sorry to say but all you gain by installing GameGain is to lose some install space and a couple of registry changes for those tweaks..

Had checked this with 3Dmark on my machine and got virtually no performance increase if not decrease when comparing before and after install..

Just a bunch of crap about gaining large fps gains.. :no:
 
crap. my car went 'kaput' :P in nfs after instaling this game thing.it also increases the response time(as in if i press the handbrake now,it will happen only after 10 secs)

crappy software.no use discussing bout this dumb boosting sw.
