Games not running from USB Stick

I have installed SVR 2011 on USB stick and when i run the game and select USB stick at startup the console still reads the disc

I ran darksector with usb stick. It should be fat32 formatted and use backup manager 2.

Smackdown V/S Raw 2011 has issues on the PS3, if you're using the JB version and it has fallen into the not compatible list due to it's freezing and sound issues. So you're better off getting it for the X360.

Forgot to tell that its a 360 version.

How can you tell it still reads from the disc? If you have installed the whole game on the thumb drive, then run the game, and when it starts up with the intro, just pop out the disc to check if it stops working. If it does, only then do we know it's reading from the disc.

The reason i'm saying that i hear the disc rotating noise which only happens while running the game off disc , will try to remove the disc.

Tried removing the disc and the game closed down
