Games recommended on Sapphire 5670 1GB GDDR3

Hi guys,

Just got a 3months old(but rarely used) Sapphire ATI Radeon HD 5670 1GB GDDR3 from another forum....

Currently I am playing Assassin's Creed - II and will be playing Batman: Arkham City in some time....

I have a 500GB WD HDD only.... with around 50GB of free space....

Please recommend some games similar to the ones I am playing which will run with full settings on my new card.

On your current monitor I think you will be able to max out most games barring stuff like metro 2033 and BF3 .... good chance you will be able to max those out as well but Im not sure.
 
It wont max out most new titles for sure.... Even if it does, it will severely hamper the frame rates.

You can start with Skyrim or Witcher2

(It wont be maxed with 5670 IMO)...

For some horror experience, you can start with Dead space 2 or Dead island

Mass Effect 2 is an action game but is indeed very immersive and a game with cool graphics

Always watch some gameplay videos of whichever game you heard about. If its your type then start with the same.

Gamespot or ign are good sites wherein you can read and watch reviews of all game titles.
 
^^ Try out Dead Space / Dead Space II on your card and screen resolution, they should run @native resolution + medium-high detailing.

Then try out regular shooters like CoD OR BulletStorm if you prefer a different more diverse experience. And if you like to experience immersive horror-RPG shooters do give Metro 2033 and S.T.A.L.K.E.R. series a shot.

Apart from that if you are into RPG's go for Skyrim, Bastion and The Witcher 2 -- these are the best of the year.

I said not to run The Witcher 2 on your card as it is one of the heaviest of the games of this year and the RED Engine can easily trounce your card, you'll need to reduce the detailing and run the game at a resolution below the native resolution of your screen.

And you have recommended him METRO2033 .... Is it light on Graphics??? No, it isnt, by any means.....

As long as he tonnes down settings, he wont be having problem running any of the latest games...

@Kaushal : As I have said earlier, watch videos and then decide which game to start with, I can understand that you are absolutely happy after getting a 5670 and well you should be

... So trust me, install a game and play it, each title mentioned above it worth playing, tone down settings a bit and play on decent frame rates, it wont CRUSH your system....
