Nowadays most of the time, I re-visit a game. I will complete the game till 6-7 levels and then it goes on hold; mainly because of a new game. I'll revisit it later and mostly end up playing it from the beginning.

Though in the DOS heydays used to repeat games many times - Dave, Bio Menace and Wolfenstien

Cave (6 times) (to complete all the storylines and then to get all achievements :) )

Age of Empires II (king conqueror )-playing from last 14 year ,still going on

road rash - so many can't remember.
 
I have played a lot of games multiple times, but the onle one i have completed more than once is Diablo 2.
Maybe Dota 2 and LoL too ;)

Couldn't handle any FPS though tried a lot of them but never got interested in them. I feel Tetris can be far more productive for a gaming mind than an FPS, which gives me headache.

aur @nRiTeCh dost could you give a rough idea on how much amount of time you have spent on gaming from your life.
 
Prince of Persia Sands of Time - Twice
Prince of Persia Warrior Within - Twice
Prince of Persia The Two Thrones - at least 8 times
Need for Speed Most Wanted - Thrice
Diablo II - Twice
Witcher 2 - Twice
 
God of war series - maybe 20+ times.
DMC 3/DMC 4 - 5 times each.
Company of Heroes - still playing again and again since it was launched.
Call of Duty 4 was like 10-12 times.
Apart from Ghosts,every COD has been finished in all the modes twice atleast.
NFS MW - Completed it on PS2,then PC,then XBOX 360 then again PC and again on Ps3. I just love the story and the rush in the police chase.
