Never used the Razer Nostromo OR the LOGITECH G13 and they both feel like over-hyped niche peripherals, a better deal would be to go for a keyboard with a high N-key rollover rate and customisable macros. Strictly my views, wait for other members to pour in their views. But if you feel this is valid, keyboards that might interest you --

Microsoft Sidewinder X4 ~2000/-
TVS Gold Mechanical keyboard ~1500/-
Razer Black Widow ~3700/-

Apart from this about gaming headsets, a better option would be these --
Ozone Attack ~1700/-
Ozone Spark ~2500/-
Corsair HS1A ~3200/-

The prime problem with the Tt products is that flipkart is importing them, so if anything goes for a toss you are bound to end up in a long winded RMA procedure.

Hope this helps, Cheers!!

First of all thanks for the reply i was really confused with what to get

About the keyboard thing i didnt want to spend money on a keyboard cause they all seem same to me
I was interested in Razer nostromo cause its small in size and i would be able to control it easily improving 'my' reaction time

About the headset i liked the tt spin hd cause it had virtual 7.1ch so my ques is does it make it special?

Well that is the problem most people do, they think buying a certain device / peripheral their gaming skills will get better. Sorry mate this is not the case. What is your current set-up?

Also the Razer Nostromo retails ~3000/- [on street] in this price bracket you can get full fledged keyboards with greater functionality. Good keyboards in this price band are --

Microsoft Sidewinder X4 ~2000/-
LOGITECH G series keyboads start ~2500/-

SteelSeries 3H are good for gaming and music / movies but, are very-very uncomfortable in a long haul. Have used the SteelSeries Siberia and they were good for gaming but, just average for music / games compared to their junior siblings the 3H they are much more comfortable.
I don't think the Tt Spin Shock will be any better [and the virtual 7.1 channel might just screw up things further].

Once more I reiterate that flipkart imports the Tt products and incase they get damaged OR need to be replaced you will have to face a long and arduous procedure.

I would recommend that you look at the Corsair HS1A OR Cooler Master STORM Sirius if you want an all-rounder headset.

Hope this helps, Cheers!!

At the moment i use a deathadder with a normal HP wireless keyboard and i was thinking of a new keyboard only when i saw those pads and they seemed more usefull foe the purpose

Corsair might not be available online can u recommend anything else around 3-3.5k ?

Thanks

Replace the wireless keyboard with a --

Microsoft Sidewinder X4 ~2000/-, it is available at Prime ABGB. Get in touch with those guys.

Leave the mouse as is. The wireless keyboard is the root of your misery as wireless devices have a signal lag and this translates to slow response in games. Also ghosting of keys is also a huge issue, compounded by the signal lag.

Corsair is available with a TE trader, PM him for details.

Apart from this in the ~3000/- -->3500/- price band the SteelSeries Siberia is the best you can get.

Hope this helps, Cheers!!

I would buy from letsbuy or flipkart as they have cod and i dont think ill find corsair ther and the siberia is for 5.4k

I have used the Nostromo, and for me it was rubbish in BF3, nothing beats the old & gold combo of Keyboard+Mouse, you are better off with a keyboard then going for this

Sire where did you buy the Razer Nostromo from and for how much?

I would love if you could loan the piece to me for a review.

That is why I am suggesting that you deal with an actual computer / computer peripheral(s) store that is heavily invested in this line of work and get you sane prices.

Prime ABGB is a good shop based out of Bombay, I have bought a Noctua cooler from them via chiragsthakur. Speak to him, really helpful acquaintance and he helped in shipping the cooler.

They have a wide variety of options pertaining to keyboards as well, I think Chirag has the Microsoft Sidewinder X4 and he will be able to tell you whether it makes the cut.

Finally about the Corsair HS1A headset, if you are based out of Delhi you can talk to @systembuilder and workout something.

Hope this helps, Cheers!!
