If you want a cheaper motherboard you can go with the Asrock B650M HDV/M.2, it has amazing Vrms for the price, it should be able to handle the 7600 easily with a big room for improvement and 3 pcie slots with 2 M.2 slots one of which is pcie gen5.

If you also want wifi you can go for the Asrock B650M PG lightning, it has 2 pcie slots with 3 M.2 slots one of which is a gen 5. It has decent vrm performance and will be able to anything upto a Ryzen 7 but might struggle a bit with a top end Ryzen 9. But for the price and features it is a good choice.

Also instead of the 6800xt, I think you should go for the 3080Ti, it has pretty much the same performance as a 4070Ti minus the frame generation and will handle 4k gaming much better than the 6800xt in most games also DLSS is better than FSR. I saw one selling on zoukart for 36.5k which is a good price imo.
