Gaming Comp (CPU only) for Rs.40K

what speaker exactly are you planning to buy???

you mentioned altec lansing 2.1 but unless you can get hold of a mx5021 dont go for it....

i recently bought an edifier c3 and am pretty satisfied with the sound...you should consider it an option
 
Well thanks for all your inputs you guys... finally ended up getting my rig and assembling it last week itself, but posting only now as it was a hectic week at work for me! :p

Here's what I got and prices:

NZXT Gamma - Rs.2000 - was not available at Richie street (all the big places - Sethia, Delta, etc.) so bought it from IT Depot
Intel i5 2400 - Rs. 9100
Intel DH67GD mobo - Rs.6400
Corsair Vengeance 4GB 1600MHz - Rs.1900
Seagate Barracuda 500GB - Rs.1900
Corsair TX650 - Rs.5000
Samsung SATA DVD writer - Rs.950
3 Cooler fans at Rs. 450 each.

Will be getting my GPU next month! Oh and I think I entered incorrectly earlier... I already bought an Altec Lansing 2.1 for Rs.1600... :eek:hyeah:

I bought the rig from Amalgamated Electronics which is a couple of stores after Sethia Infotech while coming toward Bata showroom... My dad's friend buys stuff from there all the time and he helped me clinch the deal... It was 28K after taxes at Amalgamated and 2K at IT Depot...
