Why: I've been using my laptop's inbuilt mic for communicating in-game. Friends nagging me to get a headphone.
I'll list down a brief description-
I like circular cups. Should have a good quality mic, duh! Good design. Sturdy cable.
I'm not looking for something too old (not saying old model). Should not have any physical damage. Should never be repaired, I dont like repaired-gaming accessories. Should not have too much of wear-and-tear signs, its ugly.
What I like: 3.5mm audio jack connectivity please. minimum 40mm audio driver. Models which I like- Corsair HS1A, Corsair Vengeance V1300/V1500 design, CM Sonuz, Razer Carcharias (but i dont like the Megh) etc.
What I dont like: USB connectivity, Steelseries Siberias, el-cheapo brands etc.
Price I'm looking for: Depends. I dont want to buy a very expensive one. Have money for brand new ~4k model but i want to save up for better one so I dont intend to spend too much on this.

I would love to buy the Corsair HS1A or the Vengeance 1300 or the Carcharias headset if anyone has it. Post it here and if i like it i will PM.

A seller on shopclues is selling it, even though he says 1 year warranty, there is no warranty on most of the items he is selling as most of them are imported.

If you are okay with no warranty headset you can go with that shopclues seller..

That seller is no more, i had reported him to shopclues , for fake warranty status and many more things...seems they took him down(didnt expect them to)...he was selling it for around 9k..and there was a free 250$(on the market) dota 2 item free with it...[DOUBLEPOST=1392886030][/DOUBLEPOST]It might launch in india within 1-2 months...for around 7-8k...

I will wait for this. If dont like the Indian pricing I will ask a friend who would be coming from the US to bring it for me. Its available for $112 ~7200rs.
I also love the Frost White ed. but 11k?? WTH!! While the standard V2 costs only 6k.
 
Why dont you like USB Connectivity ? Im using the Creative Tactic 3D Sigma and the difference in SQ on USB vs 3.5mm is telling.

Once i get a new PC i would be getting a dedicated soundcard thats why.

But i saw the price as 9k 1-2 days ago..wait lemme find a link...i sold it for 6.5k when prices online were around 9200 mark(price set by Faxtel).

EDIT : Seems prices have risen everywhere...

Well the Frost blue one also contains an inbuilt SteelSeries Soundcard ....plus the swag...makes its price 9k+ :D

Definitely not worth it :P

Liked it but price is way too much for my liking.
