Guys .. need to buy an gaming keyboard .
Will be getting it from New Egg / Amazon / any other trusted US site through some one .
Would prefer one which has illuminated keys .

Budget is 50 - 60 $ strictly .

Also require an Sound Card which will be used with my Z5500 speaker under 60 - 70 $ .. Don't want to buy an PCI express as no free slots . I think Asus Xonar is what i should look at !?! .

PS :- Are there any kind of discount coupons etc i could use on newegg or similar site ? Also what about mail in rebate .. after how much time is the money credited :huh:

A few questions -

Is the G15 worth spending extra money on ?

Rather than getting an sound card should i invest in an mobo (GA-P45 UD3R) to replace my G31-S2L .? The P45 has 106dB SNR ALC889A HD audio compared to G31 S2L's HD Audio (Realtek ALC888) 97dB

Currently i am using analog input on my Z5500's .. ,should i consider using SPDIF from onboard audio itself ..will that give me better quality ?

don't know about G15 myself but few people complain about noisy & fading out keys

all motherboards are crap for analog out currently

SPDIF out makes Z-5500D a lot better but you need DTS or Dolby Digital Live on the Sound Card or motherboards onboard sound to get 5.1 via SPDIF
 
Thanks for the replies .. i think i ll skip the keyboard for now .. really like the G19 but its too expensive rite now .

How is Asus Xonar .. any one using it with Z5500 ? And any other options for <50$ ?

Also what about GA -EP43-DS3L .. is it worth an upgrade over G31-S2L .. ? or should i just save the money or invest in G15 which i also really like .
