Motherboard
Gigabyte GA-B75M-D3H Motherboard
Rs. 4346

Processor
Intel Pentium Processor G630
Rs. 3339
or
i3 2120 for Rs. 6985

G.Skill RipjawsX DDR3 2 GB (1 x 2 GB) PC RAM (F3-10666CL9S-2GBXL) Rs. 864 x2=1728

Seasonic S12II 430 Watts PSU for Rs. 3565
or
Seasonic S12II 520 Watts PSU for Rs. 4485 (recommended - future proof)

Sapphire AMD HD 7850 1GB GDDR5 1 GB GDDR5 Graphics Card Rs. 13910 (recommended - future proof)
or
HIS AMD/ATI Radeon HD 6870 IceQ X GPU 1 GB GDDR5 Graphics Card
Rs. 12614

------

Cheapest Total = 25592 (pentium/430w/6870)
Highest Total = 31454 (i3/520w/7850)

You can even consider GPU like -

GTX 550 ti - 8-9k
AMD 6670 - 6k
amd 7750-7.8k
amd 7770-10k

The above GPU will serve you well in your gaming resolution -1280x728/ but for 1440x900 they lacks the powe..

As you mentioned that you want to play GTA IV with all the mod in full details, for that you need a quad core- i5, (12k) and a GPU with 2gb memory something like - 7850 2b,,with mod enabled this kind of setup will also suffer a lot.

@ satyanjoy bro. I can manage with full effort upto 30k.
But bro i want to know that if can i also consider an amd cpu(in my budget). I found them a lot cheaper than i5s. Will quad utilising games as gta 4 run better on amd than the i3? And bro i will not be gaming at full resolution and will consider 1280*768 on demanding games

Whoa! Are you serious?? . HD7770 can't handle games @ 1440*900. Who are you kidding?
A Corsair CX430V2 is enough to power a HD7770
HD7770 @9k
CX430V2 @2.5k

And wtf getting 2 seperate 2gb ram sticks?? Just get a single 4gb @~1k no?
Corsair ValueSelect DDR3 4GB @1k

For the processor, as you are going to game, going for an AMD based rig does not makes much sense. So,
i5- 2500k @12.5k
Mobo remains the same as satyanjoy suggested.

And you can even over clock the CPU as well as the GPU if you want even more performance .
Cheers!

Thanks to satyanjoy and ebil.
So should i confirm the below setup?
I5 3470- 12k
Cx 430v2-2.5k
Gigabyte GA-B75M-D3H-4.3k
ram-4gb corsair-1k
And about gfx should i get hd 7770 or hd 6850@ 9.5k?
Total stands 29.3k.
I will somehow manage a 2k extra.
And brothers please confirm will i be able to play gta 4 with mods at 1280*768 with all settings at most

If you are getting HD7770 and the HD6850 both at the same price, then go for the latter. But keep in mind that if you go for the HD 6850, the you will need to upgrade to a 600 Watts PSU.
AFAIK, the HD7770 is available for ~8 - 8.5k . Search online.
And don't worry, both of there cards can handle even Battlefield 3 at that resolution easily, GTA IV is no problem at all :p

viveksome Go with this-
Intel i3 3220-7k
Gigabyte B75M D3H-4.5k
Gskill RipjawsX 2X2GB 1600mhz-1.5k
Segate 1TB 7200.14-4.3k
Sapphire HD6850-9.5k OR HD7770Ghz-9k[HD6850 will give little better performance]
Seasonic S12ii 430W-3k OR CM GX450W-3.2k
Ebil Seasonic S12ii 430W is good enough to drive HD6850 OR HD6870 so no need to go for FSP Saga 500W OR 600W PSU.
Hope this helps.:)

Yea, that's true, but considering FSP Saga II 500W costs only ~2.5k or maybe even less, that makes it very VFM.
And btw, for 450W, Corsair CX430V2 80+ is the way to go, IMHO.

Even though FSP SagaII 500W provides 500W the Seasonic S12ii 430W is a 80+ Bronze certified PSU which has max output of over 500W,Also it has 34A on a single 12V rail which gives solid performance and better quality than FSP SagaII 500W and Corsair CX430W,Also Seasonic provides 5 years warranty for this PSU so it's a no brainer,Check this review for more-Seasonic S12II Bronze 430 W Power Supply Review | Hardware Secrets,Hope this clears things,Cheers.

Jocob bro i dont need that hard disk as i would be using a old 160 at 7200.
And bro i would be buying a single ram chip of 4 gb at 1k for cutting down costs a bit. And later i would add 1 more 4gb.
And friends should i get fsp saga 500 for 2.5k or corsair 430cxv2 for 2.7k?

If you can afford, the get CX430v2, else the FSP Saga is not that bad.
But if given a choice, CX430V2 any day.

Dude you are missing my point here. FSP Saga II are extreme VFM. it's only 2.2k in local markets.

Okay dudes i think of opting fsp saga 500w as i find it decent as well as low price and all other specs as above. Thanks a lot . And if there is any thing i am missing please let me know as i am a total noob in assembling pc

If you have budget under 2.5k then go with Corsair CX430V2-2.4k,If you're ready to spend more as future proof then Seasonic S12ii 520W-4.2k is better choice than CX600V2,Hope this clears things.
which one is better Seasonic S12II 520 Watts PSU or corsair cx 600v2.? almost same price.
