Edit:

There are two options for u.

One is going for a Zotac GTS450~7.5k or going for a AthlonII X3 440 ~ 3.8k and Corsair CX400 ~ 2.7k

You can get a Numeric 600VA ~ 1.6k or APC 550 VA ~ 1.9k

If you need a UPS too then go with a GTX450 ~Rs 7500 - that + Zebronics Bijli ~1k will give you a decent Rs.1800 to work with for a 550/600 VA UPS (I'd suggest go with DA's APC Suggestion @2k)

Btw ...,

will GTX 450 support 22" lcd?
It is GTS 450. It will support 22" monitor. But for most latest games u would have to play in moderate settings/ lowered resolution

Oh My ! ,Sincere Apologies DA,OP - I keep thinking about the GTX460 and forget about the "S" in the 450 :ashamed: -

Review - GTS 450 @ Guru3D

@DA : Do you think going for the 450 is a good move ? If the OP is hell bent on the UPS (i second that) ? - I believe the 5770 is the clear winner b/w the 450 and 5770 but the margins are pretty slim - Also going from the guru3d review -buying select brands of the 450 would make better sense than the others / your take on that sir ?

I am no sir :P Sacrificing slightly on the GPU gets him 555BE which may unlock to a Phenom II X4 if the OP is lucky. So he might as well take a shot at it.

Depends on his choice. AFAIK only the Zotac GTS450 is widely available in India as of now. Other brands are yet to hit our shores.

If u want to save some money go for GTS 450 1GB. As far as performance is concerned, HD 5770 is slightly better than GTS 450 but it costs around Rs 8,800. GTS 450 costs between 7.6-8.2K. In terms of performance, GTS 450 stands between HD 5750 and HD 5770.

PS: AMD is expected to slash prices of HD 5000 series before releasing HD 6000 series which is slated to release late november(Unconfirmed news:huh:) So, if u can may be hold your purchase till November then you may be able to get HD 5770 at still lesser price.
