Do not confuse the op guys,This is what op should get-
Intel i5 3570K-16k
Asus P8Z77M-PRO-12.5k
Gskill RipjawsX 2X4GB 1600MHZ-3.5k
Noctua NH-U12P SE2-3.9k OR Thermalright silver arrow-3.7k[Both of these are good enough for going above 4ghz]
Corsair Carbide 400R-5k OR Nzxt Temptest EVO-5.5k
APC BR1.1KVA-4.6k
Logitech K200 Combo-0.7k[No need for high-end keyboard-mouse]
OP has a GPU,PSU and 22" Monitor so no need to suggest that,It's better to go with Intel Ivy bridge proccy than 2nd gen i5 2500K.
Don't have much idea about the speakers so others will comment on that @Mac.rock7 do read the requirements of op before posting.

and why 2500k when 3570k is here...
and suggest a nice cabby too...
i can easily invest 8-9k in a good cabby

bro i really need a good keyb and mouse...
coz i play cs and those thing really sucks..
 
Your budget is restricting the good keyboard and mouse as the other overclocking components are taking almost 45k and no need to go for 7-8k cabinet as Nzxt Temptest EVO or Carbide 400R are good enough,Still if you want good keyboard and mouse then-

no problem budget is flexible can add more if needed..
take my budget as 65k now suggest
