Serious photoshop ? Get more ram and an ssd.
I think 7850 is enough for your needs, but let the other members comment on this.
 
Do you want to play high end fps games like BF Crysis COD etc?
WBU Racing games like DIRT etc?

Gskill Ripjaws 8GB 1600MHz
CM HAF 912
GPU- 7850 is enough
 
I haven't seen @ALPHA17 lately on TE.
You can mount 200mm fans on haf 912. You can't go wrong with haf 912 or 300r, choose which you visually like better.

Remaining are covered by @ACidBaseD[DOUBLEPOST=1370517184][/DOUBLEPOST]OP another option you may want to check is bitfenix outlaw it comes with 3x120mm fans.
