do not need speakers,keyboard,mouse,dvd drive and led as I hav . Plzz tell which parts I can use in my new pc I wont play on reslution higher than 1360*768. please suggest me I can w8 till the new year thanx in advance.

Going 10k up,You'll have to cut on GPU OR HDD,Nothing else can be compromised.We haven't even suggested UPS,Which will blow up the budget.

His existing hard-drive will be PATA, he can only use it as an external drive with the help of a PATA -->SATA adapter jig.

And the NZXT Gamma is not available in Chandhigarh OR Amitsar as far as I know. Maybe Lynx stocks them.

No your computer components are really old and you will get peanuts in return, donate the system parts that you do not require to charitable institutes / trusts.

Wait for 3 months for upgrading the graphics card again? OR wait for 3 months before purchasing the components?
 
and .. i want to ask can i insert my old graphics card in the new mother board and make a dual gpu with new gpu inserted ..?
an i dont need ups as i operate my pc on a home inverter ups....xD and plzz suggst a graphic card below 11k.. ?

No you cannot insert your old graphics card as the two cards are incompatible.

For a cheaper graphics card look at the AMD HD7770 GHz edition ~9500/-.

Better get an APC BR600VA-IN UPS ~2000/- because an inverter has a longer time-delay when switching from mains --> load and vice-versa.

You should stick to i3 and get what i've suggested,Add UPS suggested by AlPHA17 if you can,It'll give you 10 min backup.

Hey Tanish, that's a tight budget to work with... here are my suggestions though.
Intel i3 3220- about 7K
Gigabyte B75M D3H- 4500
Kingston HyperX blu – 1400
Seagate Barracuda1TB – 4.5k
AMD HD7850 2GB – 15.5
Corsair CX430V2-2.5k
Nzxt Gamma- 2.5k

I guess it’s a little over your budget but it would make more sense to get a good rig that will last longer.

Shipping a cabinet will easily take ~500/-. And the NZXT cabinets are not available in Delhi, much less chances of encountering same in Amritsar.
