Hi folks,

I used to follow this program Gamer.TV on Ten sports a while ago. But then they had most irregular timing for it. And every other time there was a hockey match in place of it.
So what I want to know is whether there are other such program currently on air? I have seen glimpses on Animax, AXN, Star Sports.... May be we can compile a timing list :)
 
Are they only used as time fillers now? Anyone here watched "The Big Byte"? Loved the short game reviews in the last few minutes :P
 
Theres this Championship gaming series on Star Sports where they show teams from different countries competing against each other. Dont know the exact timings though.
 
ya...i saw that championship thing on Star Sports....thats kewl...eSports are now coming into the limelight and being treated as Sports!!

look at the players when they play Fifa and Cs...its fun!!
 
gaming shows suck in india. Most of the shows are aired at disgusting timings (specially gamer.tv). To add to that the timings of the shows aren't fixed, it keeps on changing all the time.
 
Arre download Gamer TV na.. Its uploaded regularly at Trackers..

Although i am yet to check it out :P
 
earlier i used to download gamer.tv from demonoid but then demonoid was taken off. If u know of any good trackers PM me please.
 
game shows are not that popular with indian television cuz most of the ppl think that its for kids and now producer would spend money if less ppl are watching
 
What happened to 'Game' on Star Sports ? (with that annoying hostess ofcourse!)
Anyway, my best gaming show would be 'On the Spot' on gamespot.
It is updated every week. Online only though! :D
 
GAME was pretty stupid but at least they had decent timings and plenty of repeat telecasts. The thing that pissed me off the most about GAME was how they so sheepishly presented GOTY's to Skate, Guitar HeroII(a 2006 game) and Crysis out of a list that included Halo3, Bioshock etc, and which didn't include COD4 or Mass effect.:@
