Over a trademark lawsuit of the name scrolls ,Notch(creator of minecraft) challenged the guys over bethesda for a game of Quake 3 (EPIC!!!!!!!!!!!!!) Notch wins he gets to keep the name bethesda wind notch changes the name. Now this is how you settle a dispute not some jokers on suits aruguing about it in a place which does not belong to a gamer.
