Gate 2015 Refund Problem

So I was helping my friend to fill his Gate form on 12th of October.
I used my net banking account to pay for his form but got an error in the browser although the money was debited from my account.
When logged into his Gate account it again showed "Make Payment". So we used his brother's debit card and got the same error in browser but reloaded the page a few times and it was a success.
Now it is written that all the refunds would be done after 14th October but I haven't received mine yet.
My friend called the helpline on 17th and they said that refund will be done automatically. No need to worry
Has any of you who filled the form, received the refund?
Usually, I get my refund from IRCTC in 2,3 days when something like this happens.
 
I faced similar issues when making the payment for an exam through the MKCL portal. Had to pay twice and the extra amount was refunded sometime later. But i don't remember when as i didn't track it. That said, it definitely took more than 10-15 days for sure . If they have said over phone that they will, it will probably arrive.

Thanks. Needed the money now and now I would have to ask a friend to lend me some money. The bad news is that the friend I helped didn't even bother asking if he could help me even though I am the one who mostly helps him.
 
Has been 19 days but no refund. What are these mot*******ers doing with all that money? Playing poker or investing in a satellite for Neptune?
Seriously, they should get fined by Government.
