Gefore fx5200 Problem with quicktime Video, Getting errror quicktimeh264.qtx

I have have Geforce 5200 256mb agp card...
Since last 2-3 month i am unable to see quick time videos
when i play i get this error quicktimeh264.qtx

I have latest Nvidia Driver NVIDIA Forceware 175.19
Latest Quick time 7.5.5

I have try safe mode too but no use... there audio with whole video is freen in color......

I am on win xp sp3
I can't watch any videos.....

Had try QuickTime Alternative but no use...
with K-Lite Codec Pack
I have tried various drivers for that but no use....
Test with 91.31 WHQL
But no use.....

So any else having problem with it....
And i tried vcl but in that there no audio..

Seems some files have become corrupt

In this case uninstall all previous codec packs and try

XP Codec Pack Free-Codecs.com : XP Codec Pack 2.4.2 is one of the most completed codec packs

H@cKer @ I re-install windows xpp again out same use.....

virus32win @ Has you said i installed XP Codec Pack no use....

Did you got video in VLC player without audio?

Ya i got video in vlc but no audio...

If i uninstall Quicktime...

I play Video in Media Player Classic too but no audio.....
