hmm any one tried it.. my mouse has crapped out on me.. so looking for a good mouse.. dont mind a gaming mouse.. as long as it works... but then again i dont trust any other brand except logitech and MS.. :(

And that people is the perfect example of how a review should NOt be done....

They havent even tested it in gaming !!! :O :O How can a gaming mouse be reviewed without gaming ??

Mice's opinion ranges from person to person. Some people are suited to certain mice only. For eg, I still consider MS IE 3.0 to be the best suited mice to me, even though it doesn't boast of any high end features. Anyways, if you feel the review is incomplete, heres the remaining part which was chopped off the review.

"We tested the mice on various FPS games as they tend to have fast movements. I personally play on low sensitivity as it gives more control over accuracy and precision. Another thing to note is that I use a DKT cloth pad. Well, I don't need to say much. The Navigator 535 is able to track even the fastest of movement. However, this is something that all latest mice can do. The only deciding factor is getting suited to it. Being an ambidextrous mouse, It can suit most kind of people. I still prefer Logitech's MX5xx design as it is very comfortable and allows one to rest his palm on it. But this doesn't makes the Navigator 535 a bad design. After all, gaming mice are selected more on personal preference rather than the underlying technology."

I agree with you on personal preference.

But what is the point in cutting the "gaming" part of the review from a review of a gaming mouse ??

^^Exactly. Thats what u expect from TT yaar, dont even bother with their reviews

I would recommend this suggestion to any tech enthu. :hap2: Techtree is not aimed for Tech enthu, but more to aam junta, who don't much clue about computing. Anyways, I am still proud of what I do.

You should learn from the makers of Techenclave (former Techarena), who don't just kept on complaining on how sh~t things are, but rather they tried to make a site better suited to thier needs. I don't have a personal grudge against you. If you think you can do a better job, then prove it rather than just complaining all the time

check the reviews section punit....see how many of the people have reviewed stuff on TE.... Way better than TT I would say :P

hey, evilution...thats why it hurts even more....

At the risk of going totally OT->

FOr some background: TT was started by a publishing house, that already had a strong industry presence ...add to it the fact that TT has enormous industry support vis-a-vis TE which is pretty much a non-profit endeavor by technology enthusiasts..so a comparison betwene the two has no meaning..

but since you started it, here goes...

since you have already stated that TT is targeted at Aam junta (and aam junta does visit TT a lot more than say this place)... So in a way, it becomes all the more important for TT to help dispel common technology myths, and enable the tech semi-literate to understand technology better....

To cut a long story short, TT should make the best use of the position it currently holds..Unfortunately, many of us, including I do not see that happening :(

...which is perhaps the reason why you see TT being flamed here so often

i still say the only mouse review anyone can trust is one of their own. i haven't read this review and i absolutely do not have anything against techtree or the reviewer but i feel way too many people fall prey to gimmicks use mouse makers and review sites. in reality, you may hardly notice any improvement to your game when using an old MS WMO 1.1 or the very latest Copperhead or whatever.
