PC Peripherals Genius Videocam slim usb2 drivers for Windows 7/Vista

I have this webcam and have searched and not been able to find drivers for vista/ 7. I have tried drivers in compatibility mode but doesnt work. :S

If someone could help I'd be greatful otherwise I gotta sell the webcam

Check if this works, I am not sure cause I haven't got one. But be sure to turn on you antivirus before you install this.
