I think there's only 1 lady who always answers the phone...with one hell of an attitude..
I called her to check about the shipment of the item...

me: Hello, I need to check whether my item is shipped. Payment was authorised on Friday (Today was Tuesday)
b**chy Lady: do u have the transaction ID?
Me: No, I have my user Id and auctionID, is that enough?
B** lady: no, we need trans id
me: okay..lemme login into my account. <start opening Gmail and tradus simuntaneously)
<silence for sometime>
<web page not loading so still silence after 45 sec>
B** lady: Hello!!
me: Ya, I am here. Page is not loading up
B** Lady: Okay gimme the Auction ID. <Suddendly tradus has a new feature in 45 sec which allows u to check the order with auction id:bleh::bleh::hap5::S>
me: gave the no
B** lady: so u order the book "The LOST SMBOL" and the payment is authorised
me: Yes
B** Lady: SOOO <in a very rude tone>....
me: <like WTF

But got the item in 4 days and then i opened my tradus ID and saw my item was PAID in transaction details
Dont buy from tradus , its the worst online shop
What will you do if you wont receive transaction ID in the mail for the above 10000rs purchased item .
you dont even have proof that you paid for the item .
you can't get the transaction ID if you goto MYTRADUS
only some crap details are available
It totally depends on the seller that how honest he is otherwise you can't fight for your item like we do in ebay if we wont receive the item .
Be careful guys for the above 2000rs items
