Getting a package from US

Guys friend of mine wants to send me a package. It contains a mobile accessory costs some 10 USD. What is the best safest way ? International post ? Aramex ? Pour in your ideas.

Fedex .USPS would be cheap or ship it to SnS NY address they charge $10 right ??

I think SnS would be cheapest. Not sure how much customs that would attract though. Alternatively, if you have something else too, get both to take better advantage of the $10 for 500 gram shipping charge

Yup, thinking to go with SNS & yes will take advantage of 500g, thanks for reminding !

I have one more query, does my friend needs to send it with some bill etc ? I read that USED items in customs attract fine
