Getting a use Core i7 + mobo

I am getting a used Core i7 [font=arial, helvetica, sans-serif]2600k proccy [/font] and an Asus [font=arial, helvetica, sans-serif]P8P67[/font] Mobo which is about 3 months old and the buyer is quoting 20k for both the components and he will provide the bill, is it a good buy at this price? and i am also getting a [font=arial, helvetica, sans-serif]Corsair Vengeance 2 x 2GB kit CL8 for 2.5k? shall i go ahead with the deal?[/font]

What is your budget ans how long do you plan to keep it?
