hi friends,
i am getting this error while installing windows 7 :(

The file or directory D:\windows\winsxs is corrypt or unreadable. please run the chkdsk utility.

what should i do now ?

windows installer says :

windows could not format a partition on disk 0. the error occurred while preparing the partition selected for installation. error code: 0x80070057.

Most likely, You have a bad sector (or many bad sectors) on your HDD.

Download HDD Regenerator and create a bootable disk. After that, run the HDD Regenerator Disk and try to repair the drive.

now other wired thing happed, i have 2 hdd , one is 160gb and other is 500gb . error give is 160gb but when i tried to boot to 500gb hdd it also gave boot file missing error ???

just now i reinstalled w7 on my 500gb ...

but ? is why it happend ?

Did you check your hdd for bad sectors ?. Connect the hdd to a windows pc and run disk scan and check. You may also try HD tune pro to check for errors in hdds...
 
Instead of bad HDD sectors, I think you are trying too many stunts with multiple partitions/OSes and have failed to mention all the details for anyone to be able to make a useful diagnosis :P
