getting NAt/firewall error in azuerus !!

ever since i configured my BSNl internet connection to be always on i am getting nat/firewall error in azurues. i am using windows vista and my modem is zxdsl 831AII. So what's the solution ?? icons are always yellow. Download speed varies----getting 21-31kbps on private trackers.Usually ard. 24-27kbps.

i have tried a no. of ports bet. 49152 and 65534 incl. ports 6881-6889 .Still no luck!!

proceed and then select "all servicable ports" . then it will scan your system for any open ports
