My friend needs a GFX+PSU Combo for 7k.NO OC support required.
He has an Intel i3 2nd Gen Proccy + Some Intel Board with PCI 2.0
Looking to play these games at high-res :
Crysis 1,2
Fifa 11

Corsair CMPSU VS650 Power Supply @ 3750 / Corsair CX500V2 @ 3400G
GFX:The best one for the above mentioned games.Not something fancy/high-end
PSU Preferences : Only Corsair or Seasonic please.Need it wrt the graphics card.80+,non-modular is fine since budget is less.
Also it would be great if you could answer the following questions for my info :
Where can I learn more about the basics of graphics card,features,how to buy,etc?Any specific thread/link?
What are the most important specs we should look out for in a GFX card?(is it the memory,processor frequency or something else?)
How can I compare a low-end card of higher memory with a high-end card of lower memory?
Which company is good wrt A.S.S and product quality? (I hear it's Sapphire,Asus,Zotac and Powercolor in this order,true?)
Any other experiences,tips,suggestions,things I should watch out for?
