CPU/Mobo Gigabyte 965p ds3 problems

lately i been having a problem with this motherboard....i hear a long beep after a while of powering up and then i get no screen......i thought RAM problem ,so removed the ram ..and i heard the long drawn out beep.... so i put the RAM in again and just move the gfx card...and now it boots up ...so do you think my mobo is dying out or the gfxcard is not seated proper?

how do i test the motherboard if its proper or on the way down?

Try these:

Try plugging a diff card into the slot..

Also remove the RAM sticks n reseat it in the slots.

Check the motherboard with a different PSU..

Wat PSU do u have?? how old??

check for dust in the slots as well

well thing is it works...but sometimes i do hear a long beeeeep not the "ram is faulty " beep ..this is other one ...which goes away the next time i move the gfx card and some other wires and then it boots happily ...weird

any motherboard diagnostic softwares?
