CPU/Mobo Gigabyte B650 motherboard with missing pins can AM5 Socket be replaced by Gigabyte Service center?

The Pins of my old b650 mobo is damaged. I called the Gigabyte Service center to ask whether socket can be replaced or not, different people gave different answer one person said it can be replaced for 2k, other person said it cannot be replaced.

if the pin is broken it's not possible to replace, if it's just 1 or 2 pins, check online what pin it is and if it's a unused or ground pin then you can try booting it up with spare old cpu.

It will not be worth the hassle and money. You'll probably have to ship it overseas to get it fixed.
