OC & Modding GIGABYTE GA G31M S2L any good for overclocking?

I'm putting a my 2nd reg, has a download reg. I was looking for cheap mobo to pair with E7200 read in Tomshardware that this to comb is very power efficient. Was wondering are they any room left in this mobo for OC'ing say about 500-700Mhz. Getting it for Rs.2150. i know i'm asking for much but still can i do it r they any alternate in this price range?

good mobo for moderate OCing, stable @ 410-420FSB.

420fsb is not bad. i think can do 3.6ghz.

@ Computer Zone, SP road. it's 2150+4% i think i can talk him down to 2.1k

^^ I have done 445 FSB with the same board (using onboard graphics). So this board is not a bad deal at all !

I've OC'd a E2180 to 2.8Ghz with stock volts & stock intel cooler in this board..

BTW 2150 is a good price for the board.. I've got mine for 2550rs..

I use the 65nm Stock heatsink .
