Yes you can. Just go to your My Market Watch from there you can close/open your trade threads. We also recommend you close your trade threads once a deal is complete and rating given. Else, you can always leave a note for Mods to do the same. "
My Market Watch points to a 404 page. Also I am unable to find the link. But looks like mods don't mind closing thread for me.
