Planning to buy a new system with a Gigabyte GA-MA78GM-US2H MB

Have a query about connecting my old HP 920c printer too this board.

My current board is a Gigabyte 8I845GVM-RZ and the HP 920c connects
to the LPT port at the back

But looking at the pics of GA-MA78GM-US2H, i cant seem to find LPT
port at the back

So my query is will i be able to connect the HP 920c printer to the
GA-MA78GM-US2H motherboard or will i have to change my printer?

Dont wanna change my printer as its been working without any faults for the past 5 years and print quality is terrific

any help?

This board has a parallel port header on the motherboard.

You'll need a cable to put this port on the back of your cabinet.

thanks bigbyte, that means i'll be able to connect my printer?
Update
Theres a cable to convert the header into a parallel port, anybody knows if it is available in Lamington Road, or if it comes with the motherboard accessories?

nope, my hp 920c is an old one doesnt have a usb port

those usb to parallel port cables are expensive, was quoted a price of 1500/- at prime, lamington road

This is really strange... I have HP 920c as well... mine came with both Parallal port & USB... I am using USB port....

Can you put up pic of printer & ports...

Then just get the "parallel port header". Called LTP port cable [S/n: 12CF1-1LP001-01R]
You can try an authorized gigabyte retailer for it. But honestly mobo accesories are hard to find.

PS: Are you really sure about not having a USB port on your pinter?

my hp 920c is an old one, i got it in 2001/2 and it doesnt have usb port,

talked with my dealer and he told me he could convert the port header on the motherboard to a parallel port with a cable and cost is 0 :-)
